Several Bemidji junior curlers competed in the Itasca Curling Club Junior Bonspiel held Jan 11-12 in Grand Rapids, MN. The Leinen Rink from the Bemidji Curling Club went 4-0 to claim the top novice spot. Eight Teams Competed in the Novice Division from curling clubs in Bemidji, Duluth, Chisholm and Grand Rapids.

The Langhout rink also competed in the novice division finishing with a record of 2-2 and 4th place overall.
